Senior Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Procure to Pay (Supply Chain Management) to support and enhance our SCM operations. This role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on experience with reporting, and a good understanding of supply chain processes. The position involves PO and SKU creation, production support, data accuracy monitoring, and close collaboration with internal teams. Candidates with exposure to retail, product-related domains, or MIS reporting will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support production activities with a high level of accuracy and consistency.

• Create and maintain Purchase Orders (PO) and Stock Keeping Units (SKU).

• Generate reports and manage MIS data as required.

• Handle internal and external email communication professionally.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations.

• Ensure data quality, process compliance, and timely delivery of tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, MIS reporting, retail operations, or product-related domains.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain functions.

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

• Attention to detail and consistency in deliverables.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Team-oriented mindset and adaptability to changing environments.

• Experience or knowledge in any of the following is an added advantage:

  • Microsoft Power BI

  • Tableau

  • Oracle NetSuite ERP

  • SQL

  • Retail MIS reporting

• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
