Position Overview
The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all contractual activities. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of contract law, procurement concepts, and organizational compliance standards while being capable of independently handling multiple projects within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete contract lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring quality and compliance.

Draft, review, and maintain contract documentation in line with organizational and client requirements.

Enter and manage contract data in organizational databases and repositories.

Monitor contractual performance to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and deliverables.

Participate in strategy meetings to address client needs and potential risks.

Abstract and summarize key contract terms in standardized formats.

Develop and maintain contract templates, SOPs, and documentation standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth contract execution.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.

Participate in continuous learning and development programs to enhance expertise.
Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience in contract management, legal documentation, or procurement operations.

Strong understanding of contract management principles and best practices.

Experience in drafting, summarizing, proofreading, and reviewing agreements and related documents.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software/tools.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

Sound understanding of contract terms and their business/legal implications.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience in creating SOPs/DTPs and ensuring adherence to compliance and audit standards.
Preferred Skills
