Position Overview

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our global finance function. This role plays a key part in managing treasury activities, supporting accounts receivable processes, and ensuring accurate financial processing and reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with hands-on experience in treasury or accounts receivable functions within a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Treasury Operations

  • Support order processing, billing, credit management, collections, and cash application tasks.

  • Post payments received via bank transfers, checks, credit cards, and lockbox accurately and on time.

  • Conduct timely follow-ups on outstanding payments across B2B and B2C stakeholders.

Reconciliation & Issue Resolution

  • Perform routine account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

  • Investigate unapplied or incorrect payments, short payments, deductions, and posting discrepancies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with collections, billing, and customer service teams to resolve payment-related issues.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end reporting cycles.

  • Maintain process documentation, training materials, and internal controls.

  • Support compliance activities related to US GAAP, SOX, and revenue recognition requirements.

Systems & Tools

  • Work with platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Jira, and JPM Access in day-to-day treasury operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Treasury, Accounts Receivable, or related finance roles.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on expertise with finance systems — Oracle Fusion Financials preferred.

  • Experience with automation tools, workflow platforms, or treasury applications (advantage).

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of accounting and audit principles, AR processes, and cash application cycles.

  • Exposure to US GAAP and SOX compliance is preferred.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Attention to detail with high ownership and accountability.

  • Proactive, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
