Position Overview
As a Process Innovation Professional – Record to Report (R2R), you will be responsible for general accounting and continuous process improvement across the Record to Report function. Your role will focus on reconciliations, financial reporting, account analysis, Fixed Assets Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Cash & Bank Accounting, and ensuring data integrity for Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements. You will also drive transformation initiatives to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute end-to-end accounting activities across General Ledger including Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Cash & Bank, Inventory, Indirect Tax, and Accruals.

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close activities.

Identify risks or opportunities affecting revenue, cost, and profitability; recommend improvement actions accordingly.

Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and transaction posting in the ERP system.

Coordinate and support internal and external audits while ensuring documentation preparedness.

Track, update, and present management reports for performance insights.

Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational timelines.

Collaborate cross-functionally to support standardization, automation, and process enhancement initiatives.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 6+ years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.

Proven experience in Balance Sheet preparation, Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, and Cash Reconciliations.

Hands-on experience posting journal entries and working with ERP systems.

Experience coordinating audits and managing reporting deliverables.

Ability to manage client communication and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Master’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, or related specialization.

Experience managing teams or mentoring resources.

Working knowledge of automation tools or process transformation methodologies.
