Position Overview

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role supports forecasting, planning, reporting, and business partnering activities. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, providing financial insights, highlighting risks and opportunities, and supporting key decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting, Planning & Reporting
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and planning cycles.

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reporting deliverables for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), MBRs, and leadership updates.

  • Discuss plan and forecast numbers with business leaders and load finalized data into relevant systems.

  • Report actuals, compare performance against plans/forecasts, and provide variance commentary.

Financial Insights & Business Support
  • Identify unforeseen expenses, risks, and opportunities; provide early alerts to leadership.

  • Recommend cost savings or optimization measures where applicable.

  • Support global business partners with daily financial analysis and ad-hoc requests.

  • Develop new dashboards and analytics using Power BI based on business requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work directly with stakeholders across various global locations.

  • Maintain strong communication to deliver clear and concise financial insights.

Data Accuracy & Process Excellence
  • Ensure high accuracy and consistency in financial data and reports.

  • Build analyses from multiple data sources with a strong focus on reconciliation and validation.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • MBA in Finance is preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis or FP&A.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.

  • High attention to detail with rigorous accuracy standards.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with Anaplan and/or Power BI is a plus.

  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and work collaboratively in a global environment.
