Position Overview
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist III at ZoomInfo, you will play a vital role in managing collections and account follow-ups for global clients. This role demands strong communication skills, hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, and a proactive mindset toward process improvement through AI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Make collection calls to customers and business accounts.

Send, monitor, and document collection-related emails daily.

Manage end-to-end collections activities, including follow-ups, dispute resolution, and payment tracking.

Escalate overdue accounts promptly and maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems.

Utilize tools such as SAP, Salesforce, and HighRadius for tracking, reporting, and process management.

Partner with internal teams to streamline and stabilize collection operations.

Explore and implement AI-driven solutions for process improvement and automation.

Consistently deliver high productivity and quality performance as an individual contributor.
Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or other relevant field.

Experience: 5–7 years in B2B or B2C collections, preferably within an international process.

Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and HighRadius (or similar ERP/CRM platforms).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage challenging conversations.

Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Adaptable to work in night shifts (7 PM IST – 4 AM IST).

Strong interest in using AI tools and technologies for process enhancement.
Preferred Skills

Experience managing global client accounts and cross-cultural communication.
