The Accountant will support daily financial and operational activities related to foreign exchange transactions, documentation, reporting, and office administration. Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily foreign exchange transactions and currency conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of forex dealings, rates, and customer transactions.

• Prepare forex-related statements, reports, and supporting documentation.

• Coordinate with banks, exchange houses, and clients for forex-related queries.

• Maintain office documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping activities.

• Support internal teams with communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

• Manage procurement of office supplies and assist in facility coordination.

• Assist management with reports, follow-ups, and operational support as required.

• Work with accounting software such as Tally or Zoho and maintain financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.

• Basic understanding of forex operations (preferred).

• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting tools (Tally/Zoho).

• Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle both accounting and operational responsibilities efficiently.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
