Position Overview

Accenture is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procure to Pay Operations – New Associate to join our Finance Operations team. This entry-level position is ideal for graduates in Commerce (B.Com) who are eager to build a career in finance and accounts payable. In this role, you will support end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) activities, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with procurement and accounting policies.

You will work with global clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient financial operations, leveraging automation and digital tools to enhance process performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner while adhering to organizational policies.

  • Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and delivery receipts.

  • Support the end-to-end procurement cycle, including requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.

  • Validate pricing, terms, and vendor compliance prior to payment processing.

  • Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and communicating with internal teams or vendors as required.

  • Maintain records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

  • Ensure compliance with Accounts Payable (AP) standards, controls, and SLAs.

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and drive process improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).

  • 0–1 years of experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or finance operations.

  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new tools and processes.

  • Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
