As a Finance Specialist at Hilti, you will support core finance activities, including accounts payable, document verification, invoice processing, and financial record management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial transactions, accurate documentation, and compliance with Hilti’s global finance standards. What You’ll Do
‘- Verify and process invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, and related financial documents.
- Support accounts payable processes to ensure timely vendor payments.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
- Manage digital documentation using platforms like SharePoint.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure correct financial procedures are followed.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team on daily operations.
What You’ll Bring
‘- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or any similar analytical discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in finance or accounts payable (internship experience also accepted).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or file-management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
