Assistant accountant

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure correctness and discover personal error.
• It is vital to produce accurate financial logs, hold audits and to act to any irregularities in the shortest possible term.
• Make sure that the business follows company, local, state and federal accounting and financial regulations and act accordingly.
• Handle the questions related to payments and give responses that are relevant to the best of your knowledge.
• Address customer inquiries about product availability and inventory well back in a timely and polite manner.
• Prepare quotations, estimates, and GST bills for vendors as well as send them to customers.
• Plenish amended ledgers for each customer in timely manner and check them accuracy by providing information periodically.
• Nurture and sustain good clearly both among vendors and clients.
• Data safety should be guaranteed on each step and database backups must be done in agreement with the necessity.
• Create a regular reporting, including ledgers, income and operational statements, etc.
• Organize monthly statement of profit or expenses to be reported to the accounts manager for analysis.
• Lets you track the discounting or increase of stocks, debts and assets in place.
• Determine where budget cutting can be implemented by maintaining a careful accounting system.
• Effective, accurate and expeditious reporting updates of customers and vendors deserving timely and complete information is crucial.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or another suitable program.
• It is necessary to have an accounting background.
• Proficiency in SAP and accounting software, including relevant certifications, are the desired qualifications.
• Greek language along with the tactics of entering and exiting the market will be studied.
• Critical attention to detail and competency in organizing. Example:
• Extensive communicational capabilities, both verbal or written.
• Be able to work alone, but also as a member of a team.
• A team player with good negotiation and analytical skills.
