Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Finance Advisory to support our finance operations, client coordination, and compliance activities. The role demands strong accounting knowledge, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills to ensure smooth execution of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities

Record day-to-day accounting transactions with accuracy.

Process vendor and customer invoices and handle related activities.

Reconcile customer receipts with invoices and post appropriate journal entries.

Manage vendor payments and account for all related transactions.

Support GST accounting, including reconciliations and documentation.

Assist in TDS deduction, filing, and related compliance activities.

Perform Month-End activities, including revenue and expense working.

Evaluate expenses to determine capital vs. revenue nature; assess capitalization requirements for asset-related costs.

Prepare amortization schedules for prepaid expenses.

File vouchers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as per the agreed process.

Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with auditors for timely completion.

Communicate with clients regularly to gather missing or incomplete information.
Qualifications & Experience
-
B.Com / M.Com / MBA
-
0–8 years of relevant experience

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Proactive approach with strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with management, stakeholders, and peers

Ability to document and communicate problems, resolutions, and action plans clearly
