processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure\u00a0quick fulfillment of orders\u00a0in the shift while meeting customer expectations and delivery SLAs.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve\u00a0L0 Metrics targets\u00a0at the store<\/li>\n<li>Ensure\/Monitor that all\u00a0assets\u00a0are in working condition, and are accounted for.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure\u00a0timely completion of inbound and outbound\u00a0activities (No pending Inbound \/ dock should be greater than 4 hours)<\/li>\n<li>Callouts for\u00a0Tech issues\u00a0and system issue if any along with raising tickets<\/li>\n<li>On time\u00a0cash reco\u00a0to be done<\/li>\n<li>Picking\u00a0&amp;\u00a0Put away\u00a0to be done on time.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all the vehicles are parked at the right place near the facility.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Inventory Handling :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Manage store inventory, and conduct daily assessments on inventory health.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all order are cleared as per schedule<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Manpower Management :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Manage off-roll employees, and ensure timely updates on availability &amp; performance of store staff.<\/li>\n<li>Managing\u00a0People roaster<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Vendor Handling :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Liaise with last mile delivery executives\u00a0to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.<\/li>\n<li>All\u00a0vendor invoices\u00a0to be cleared on time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Audit &amp; Quality :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Ensure audit scores at the dark store remain well above mandated thresholds.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining Flipkart&#8217;s standards of hygiene &amp; quality across darkstores.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining\u00a05s\u00a0in the store<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>MIS &amp; Reporting :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Generate timely reports on store activities, and metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What you\u2019ll need:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MBA\/Bachelor\u2019s Degree.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2-5 years experience with warehousing,supply chain,FMCG<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in scaling up of operations or greenfield scaleup experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical approach to problem-solving with a metrics-driven focus<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of fulfillment\/warehouse\/ distribution\/first &#8211;
