We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers\u2019 current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.<\/p>\n

This is your role.\u00a0What part will you play?<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Responsible for processing invoices for vendor payments in the ERP system \u2013 PO invoices & Non-PO invoices<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all process procedures are adhered while processing the invoices into the ERP for payments.<\/li>\n
  • You will be responsible for reconciling vendor statements & provide status to suppliers<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with Buyers\/Front Office\/Master Data to drive towards solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Should achieve the agreed customer service levels and performance metrics associated with Invoice processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1 years\u2019 experience in Accounting process.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Should have knowledge in accounting<\/p>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, and analytical skills<\/p>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Flexible to work on all shifts<\/p>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Should have Good communication skills.<\/p>\n

    • Should be familiar with MS Excel.<\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated effectiveness in working with team.<\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated a good thought process in problem solving.<\/li>\n
    • Achieve productivity targets. Metrics to ensure results are achieved.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor process quality and Compliance with Internal Controls to ensure and achieve quality audit standards.<\/li>\n
    • Identify areas of improvement within the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
