{"id":9314,"date":"2022-03-23T04:49:12","date_gmt":"2022-03-23T04:49:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/finprovhire.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=9314"},"modified":"2022-03-23T04:49:12","modified_gmt":"2022-03-23T04:49:12","slug":"sr-account-manager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=sr-account-manager","title":{"rendered":"Sr. Account Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acquisition of salary accounts from the designated accounts with the help of Team and also drive Individual Business.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to meet the assigned targets given by the company both on Individual basis and along with the Team<\/li>\n<li>Role specified is responsible to drive both Individual and Team<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to acquire New Logos to the Bank \u2013 New Relationship Accounts through\u00a0 Individual Sourcing<\/li>\n<li>Build Relationship with C-Level Executives in various companies and ensure the revenue is being driven by on-boarding them to Kotak<\/li>\n<li>Ensure funding is happening in the accounts that have been acquired<\/li>\n<li>Create Empanelment across Corporates through the relationship and promote XSELL products<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting monthly sales targets for salary accounts as well as TPP\u2019s for both Team and Individual Targets assigned in both OTB and NTB<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for maintain the NPS @95 Plus scoring<\/li>\n<li>Onboard min 2 New Corporates comprising of 150 and above accounts on a monthly basis \u2013 Individually<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Should have 3-4 years or plus of sales experience in banking.
