{"id":9104,"date":"2022-03-21T04:01:11","date_gmt":"2022-03-21T04:01:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/finprovhire.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=9104"},"modified":"2023-03-02T06:19:34","modified_gmt":"2023-03-02T06:19:34","slug":"finance-controller","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=finance-controller","title":{"rendered":"Finance Controller"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><span class=\"emphasis-3\"><b>Job Description<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><b><u>Roles and Responsibilities<\/u><\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>Be a Business Partner to the COE leader<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and drive operational actions to meeting the Op Plan for the COE<\/li>\n<li>Drive Cost out actions and bring variable cost and base cost productivity<\/li>\n<li>Control and optimize the working capital invested in the COE<\/li>\n<li>Make financials analysis to support various growth and investment related decisions<\/li>\n<li>Partner with COE leader in business reviews and provide valuable inputs for performance improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Lead financials of the COE<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure to have effective financial system, tools, and structures in place as per GE best practices<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper recording, reporting and internal control over all financial transactions<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for monthly financial reporting as per GE closing calendar.
