Role Overview: We are seeking an organized, multi-tasking professional to handle our accounting, statutory compliance, HR activities and preferably with knowledge of Exim formalities.\u00a0 Since we are a startup, this is a hybrid role perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to grow alongside the company.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
1. Accounting & Finance (Tally):<\/p>\n
2. ROC & Secretarial Compliance:<\/p>\n
3. HR & Payroll Administration:<\/p>\n
4. Exim co-ordination<\/p>\n
Education:\u00a0 Candidates who are M. Com\/CA Inter \/ CMA Inter with preferably a certificate course in EXIM management. Certification or formal training in Tally Prime (or Tally ERP 9).
\nExperience: 2\u20133 years of hands-on experience in accounting and HR\/admin and ROC activities
\nTechnical Skills: High proficiency in Tally Prime\/ERP 9 and MS Excel
\nKnowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles, basic Indian taxation (GST, TDS), and payroll processing.
