Own and maintain all data pipelines supporting paid media reporting and analytics, ensuring reliability, scalability, and accuracy.
\nManage and validate data integrations via APIs across media platforms, analytics tools, and visualization environments.
\nOversee dashboard development and maintenance, ensuring client-facing visualizations are fully accurate, up to date, and aligned with agreed KPIs.
\nAct as the primary quality-control owner for all data outputs, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors.
\nWork closely with activation and ad operations teams to ensure correct backend trafficking, tagging, and tracking implementation across all campaigns.<\/p>\n
Planning & Performance Reporting Management<\/p>\n
Own and manage the client\u2019s Annual Media Planning Document, which includes yearly KPIs which is monitored and reported monthly to the client.
\nEnsure KPIs are consistently reflected across planning documents, dashboards, and performance reports.
\nMaintain historical performance benchmarks and ensure year-on-year comparability.<\/p>\n
First-Party Data & CDP Enablement<\/p>\n
Act as support for the client\u2019s Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring first-party data is effectively leveraged across paid media.
\nSupport the activation, measurement, and optimization of first-party and audience-based media strategies.
\nTranslate complex first-party data outputs into actionable insights for planners and client stakeholders.
\nEnsure data governance, consistency, and best practices are upheld when using customer data in paid media environments.<\/p>\n

Strong, hands-on understanding of paid media platforms and ecosystems.
\nProven experience working with:
\nAPIs and data integrations
\nData pipelines
\nVisualization tools and dashboards
\nTrafficking, tagging, and tracking frameworks
\nAdvanced, professional-level Excel skills (complex formulas, pivots, data validation, large datasets).<\/p>\n
Client & Internal Collaboration<\/p>\n
Act as a trusted analytics partner to client stakeholders, confidently explaining data methodologies, KPIs, and performance trends.
\nCollaborate closely with planning, activation, technology, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
\nSupport senior leadership with analytical inputs for client presentations, reviews, and strategic discussions.
\nHelp establish and evolve analytics best practices within the planning team.
