dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and verify rent collections, security deposits, and other charges through the<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">company\u2019s software\/app.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain day-to-day accounting records for all Hostel\/PG properties using the company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">software.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare monthly reports, estimates, and Profit & Loss (P&L) sheets for respective<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">hostels.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all financial transactions are accurately updated in the app in real time.<\/li>\n<li>Manage security deposit records and settlement during tenant check-outs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper documentation for all transactions within the app and accounting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">software.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with operations and support teams to resolve financial queries.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor advance payments, refunds, and other settlements to maintain accurate ledgers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Requirements<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years of experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing to travel as per company requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working with digital platforms or app-based accounting systems.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Skills:
