Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and general ledger accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor cash flow and support treasury-related activities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain fixed asset registers and calculate depreciation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>requirements.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing financial controls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>2\u20135 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP\/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho Books,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of VAT regulations and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience (UAE)<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience handling VAT filing and FTA compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with UAE labour cost allocations and payroll accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in construction or contracting industries (as
