Receivable"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to queries, by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department\u2019s objectives and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate activities of the Accounts Receivable section of Novotel Chennai Sipcot.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure to process the third party claims and the maintenance, review, updating and collection of guest accounts in accordance with the credit policy.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for various transactions including refunds, ability-to-pay allowances, discounts and write-offs.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate special collection problems and confer with financially responsible persons as required to advise concerning credit policy and to make arrangements for payment of outstanding accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend transfer of guest accounts to Delinquent Accounts section.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain liaison with other functions to coordinate efforts in resolving problems concerning collection of guest accounts receivable.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses, setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and schedule work to ensure proper distribution of assignments and adequate manning for subsequent performance of duties.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for compliance of established practices, and keeping employees abreast of current changes and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and recommend operating policies and procedures for Accounts Receivable
