Role Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n We are seeking an experienced finance and accounting professional to manage and strengthen our purchase accounting and vendor finance controls. This role goes beyond transaction posting. The ideal candidate will bring financial discipline to procurement, ensure statutory compliance, improve cost visibility, and build robust vendor control systems.<\/p>\n Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. Purchase Accounting & Controls<\/p>\n \u2022 Oversee end-to-end purchase accounting cycle<\/p>\n \u2022 Validate purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, and ledger entries<\/p>\n \u2022 Ensure timely booking of expenses and inventory reconciliation<\/p>\n \u2022 Monitor accruals, provisions, and purchase cut-offs<\/p>\n \u2022 Maintain strong internal controls around procurement processes<\/p>\n 2. Vendor Management & Compliance<\/p>\n \u2022 Reconcile vendor accounts on a monthly basis<\/p>\n \u2022 Review vendor contracts for financial risk exposure<\/p>\n \u2022 Ensure GST compliance on input credits and vendor filings<\/p>\n \u2022 Coordinate TDS compliance and statutory deductions\u2022 Manage vendor payment schedules and cash flow alignment<\/p>\n 3. Financial Reporting & MIS<\/p>\n \u2022 Prepare purchase analytics and cost reports<\/p>\n \u2022 Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures<\/p>\n \u2022 Identify cost leakages and inefficiencies<\/p>\n \u2022 Provide insights to leadership on procurement spend patterns<\/p>\n 4. Audit & Governance<\/p>\n \u2022 Liaise with statutory and internal auditors<\/p>\n \u2022 Ensure documentation readiness and compliance standards<\/p>\n \u2022 Strengthen SOPs for purchase and accounting processes<\/p>\n 5.
