{"id":44595,"date":"2026-06-02T07:22:12","date_gmt":"2026-06-02T07:22:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=44595"},"modified":"2026-06-02T07:22:12","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T07:22:12","slug":"ametek-accountant-job","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=ametek-accountant-job","title":{"rendered":"Accountant"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Accountant<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Duties And Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_0cb1b1c9 _85ddd044\">\n<li>Perform general ledger accounting activities, including preparing journal entries, managing accruals, reconciling bank and balance accounts, accounting for fixed assets, handling intercompany transactions, and<\/li>\n<li>reparing financial reports such as Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality benchmarks, and compliance with established processes.<\/li>\n<li>Process transactions with precision, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company policies, and generally accepted accounting practices.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support during internal and external audits by supplying required documentation and clear explanations as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate careful attention to detail when following instructions, proactively identifying discrepancies and seeking guidance from team lead or managers as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate effectively with stakeholders from other finance functions, such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), to ensure seamless financial operations.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within accounting operations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare management reports and conduct variance analysis to support financial decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, And Experience <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_0cb1b1c9 _85ddd044\">\n<li>Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and consistently meet tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Accounting knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_0cb1b1c9 _85ddd044\">\n<li>Bachelor of Commerce (B Com) or MBA degree.<\/li>\n<li>3 to 6 years of experience in General accounting or Record to Report (R2R) processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":24,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_bbp_topic_count":0,"_bbp_reply_count":0,"_bbp_total_topic_count":0,"_bbp_total_reply_count":0,"_bbp_voice_count":0,"_bbp_anonymous_reply_count":0,"_bbp_topic_count_hidden":0,"_bbp_reply_count_hidden":0,"_bbp_forum_subforum_count":0,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Bengaluru -
