The ideal candidate will bring financial discipline to procurement, ensure statutory compliance, improve cost visibility, and build robust vendor control systems.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Purchase Accounting & Controls<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee end-to-end purchase accounting cycle<\/li>\n<li>Validate purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, and ledger entries<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely booking of expenses and inventory reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Monitor accruals, provisions, and purchase cut-offs<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong internal controls around procurement processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Vendor Management & Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reconcile vendor accounts on a monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Review vendor contracts for financial risk exposure<\/li>\n<li>Ensure GST compliance on input credits and vendor filings<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate TDS compliance and statutory deductions<\/li>\n<li>Manage vendor payment schedules and cash flow alignment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Financial Reporting & MIS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare purchase analytics and cost reports<\/li>\n<li>Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures<\/li>\n<li>Identify cost leakages and inefficiencies<\/li>\n<li>Provide insights to leadership on procurement spend patterns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Audit & Governance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Liaise with statutory and internal auditors<\/li>\n<li>Ensure documentation readiness and compliance standards<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen SOPs for purchase and accounting processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Process Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improve ERP utilisation for purchase modules<\/li>\n<li>Automate reconciliations and reporting where possible<\/li>\n<li>Design scalable controls as the organization grows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chartered Accountant (CA) \u2013 Mandatory<\/li>\n<li>5 years of post-qualification experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance<\/li>\n<li>Experience in purchase accounting and vendor reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in ERP systems and
