Financial statements, ensuring adequate analysis and reviews, exercise judgment<\/li>\n<li>Perform Month end close accounting & reporting\u00a0 including\u00a0 variance analysis and preparation of supporting commentary<\/li>\n<li>Ownership of entity Balance Sheets, preparing balance sheet recons and identification and management of any potential risks<\/li>\n<li>Audit & Compliance \u2013 Managing Entity Audit \u2013 Internal & Statutory audit support and completion<\/li>\n<li>Review revenues, costs and profitability at client level and entity level operations<\/li>\n<li>Monitor & Report on performance against forecasts & budgets<\/li>\n<li>Identification of areas of risk, under-performance, improvement and opportunity and development of action plan to resolve<\/li>\n<li>Preparation, Review and analysis of regional budgets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure financial compliance with contracts<\/li>\n<li>Involvement in Reporting requirements including Variance Reporting, KPI Reporting, Cash flow analysis, P&L and Balance sheet reviews<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Debtors, creditors and accrued and deferred income<\/li>\n<li>Supporting on-site business teams ( Accounts Executives, Accounts Directors, Finance Managers and Directors )<\/li>\n<li>Identification of process improvements to support the management team and improve the delivery of information across the division<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Other Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Resolving ad-hoc queries from onsite counterparts within and outside the division<\/li>\n<li>Completion of all process related MI\u2019s and governance tools<\/li>\n<li>Manage Support \/ cover for other members \/ team members of the finance team as required<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and manage the entity accounting team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4>Candidate Profile<\/h4>\n<h4>Essential Skills<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified Accountant with 4+ years relevant experience, qualified \/ Semi Qualified Accountant (CA\/CWA\/CIMA \/ ACCA ) or MBA in Finance \u00a0Minimum of 1-2 years\u2019 relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>R2R \/ Core finance Domain expertise<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication & interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills to ensure completion of multiple activities within tight reporting deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Excel skills are vital given the nature of the responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong on finance fundamentals<\/li>\n<li>Flexible to work in any shift
