Role Summary <\/strong>Full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, supporting finance operations within an F&B-focused environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Monitor and analyze food & beverage costs, prepare variance reports and highlight discrepancies<\/li>\n
  • Support menu pricing, recipe costing, and cost optimization initiatives<\/li>\n
  • Conduct inventory counts, track stock movements, and reconcile variances<\/li>\n
  • Perform spot checks on goods received and ensure compliance with procedures<\/li>\n
  • Verify and process supplier invoices; reconcile supplier statements and manage payables<\/li>\n
  • Reconcile daily sales, cash deposits, and POS reports; investigate variances<\/li>\n
  • Assist in month-end closing, journal entries, and preparation of cost and management reports<\/li>\n
  • Support audit preparation, VAT documentation, and financial compliance<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with operations teams to improve cost control and reporting processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in accounting, cost control or auditing.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in hospitality \/ F&B industry preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Strong Excel skills, familiarity with POS systems (e.g Oracle Micros, Micros Symphony, or equivalent) is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • Basic understanding of UAE VAT and general accounting principles.<\/li>\n
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
