financial records to identify and rectify errors or discrepancies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Prepare year-end financial statements and reports to assess company performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Maintain and update all accounting ledgers, journals, and financial databases on a regular basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of cash and transaction records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Handle GST, TDS, and TCS filings in compliance with statutory requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Lead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Record and manage clients\u2019 transactional data using appropriate accounting software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Monitor and record petty cash transactions in the petty cash register.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Ensure office and departmental expenditures remain within the approved budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Prepare Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets with detailed analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Back up all financial data and client records regularly to prevent data loss.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Accounting (preferred).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar accounting role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Strong understanding of accounting principles, terminology, and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (especially Tally).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Effective communication and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"c273d4fd c7bf5315\">\n<li>Customer service orientation and a professional
