processes, including invoice verification, processing, and payment execution<\/li>\n<li>Review and validate invoices against purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Maintain vendor records and handle vendor queries, ensuring strong and professional relationships<\/li>\n<li>Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely processing of payments while adhering to company policies and financial controls<\/li>\n<li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing AP-related reports and reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, procurement, and finance teams<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper documentation and ensure audit readiness for all AP transactions<\/li>\n<li>Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment cycles<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems\/ERP tools<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to audits and compliance processes<\/li>\n<li>Background in handling high-volume AP
