To provide an effective and efficient India payroll service to customers, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of their employees\u2019 salaries Respond to requests, queries and complaints from external customers in a friendly and efficient manner so as to enhance customer loyalty Would be responsible for the efficient resource and time utilization to achieve process deliverables as per the set SLA\u2019s. He would report into the Process Manager and should support in process supervision .<\/p>\n<p><b>Main Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Co-ordinating with the Transition Conference Calls Monthly \/ Quarterly Basis<br \/>\n<b>Reports<\/b><br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Report Progress At A Team Level \u2013 Keep PM Updated<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Responsible For Ensuring Quality Documentation Is Up To Date<br \/>\n<b>Resource Management<\/b><br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Engaging In Periodic Resource Estimation\/ Planning<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Analysing and Forecasting Attrition(Team Level) \u2013 Inform PM As Required<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Controlling Attrition \/ Absenteeism \/Responsible For Resource Utilization<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Responsible for maintaining and updating team skills matrix & other process documents<br \/>\n<b>Performance Management<\/b><br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Conducting Daily\/Weekly Production Feedback Sessions \u2013 Providing Feedback On Quality And SLA Issues And Team Targets<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Analyzing Team Performance And Identifying Training Needs\/ One To One Meetings With Subordinates<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ensuring Process\/ Refresher Training Is Conducted As Required<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0L&D & HR \u2013 Interface \u2013 Training Nominations RnR nominations \u2013 Providing Inputs To PM<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Appraisals \u2013 Midterm\/ Annual \u2013 Provide Feedback And Inputs On Team Members To PM<br \/>\n<b>Employee Life Cycle<\/b><br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Trainee Appraisals \u2013 Providing Feedback To PM<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Coordinating Joining Formalities & Exit Formalities\u2013 ID\/ Login Creation, etc. For New Team Members, Resignation formalities \u2013 Keep PM Update<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Tracking Attendance\/ Absenteeism Of Team \u2013 Inform PM<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Pay Roll Interface \u2013 Collecting And Distributing Salary Slips\/ Cheques Of Team<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ensuring Grievances Are Handled Effectively And Escalating As Required<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Responsible For Leave Planning<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Conducting One On One Sessions With the Team<br \/>\n<b>Production<\/b><br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ensuring Production through Optimal Work Allocation And Monitoring)<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Resolving Daily Queries And Problems Of Team Members<br Payroll<\/p>\n<p>Graduate from any stream \/ Diploma Holder<br \/>\nPC Literacy \u2013 Word and Excel (Basic Level)<br \/>\nGood technical knowledge of India payroll and payroll systems<br \/>\nMBA (preferably)<br \/>\nSupervisory\/team handling experience is
