This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Group Financial Accountant.<\/p>\n
The role involves managing and overseeing accounting and financial operations across multiple group companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory and financial reporting requirements, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting management with financial analysis and decision-making.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports<\/p>\n
\u2022 Group accounting and consolidation across multiple business entities<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintenance of ledgers and accounting records<\/p>\n
\u2022 GST and TDS filing, reconciliation, and statutory compliance<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordination with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and financial reporting requirements<\/p>\n
\u2022 Managing accounts payable, receivable, and financial reconciliations<\/p>\n
\u2022 Supporting budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning<\/p>\n
\u2022 Utilizing accounting software and financial tools for accurate reporting and recordkeeping<\/p>\n
\u2022 Collaborating with internal teams to improve financial controls and operational efficiency<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial reporting<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience with accounting software and financial systems<\/p>\n
\u2022 Sound analytical and finance-related skills with attention to detail<\/p>\n
\u2022 Excellent organizational and communication skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong understanding and hands-on experience in GST and TDS filing and compliance<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience in handling accounts for multiple companies or group entities will be an advantage<\/p>\n
\u2022 Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with a CA firm<\/p>\n
\u2022 Relevant professional certifications will be considered an added advantage<\/p>\n
