\nResponsibilities <\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Own the full sales cycle \u2013 consistently delivering against revenue targets and key performance metrics.<\/li>\n
  • Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining a healthy, high-converting pipeline of SME prospects.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to scale Airwallex\u2019s go-to-market strategy.<\/li>\n
  • Define and refine sales processes including outreach cadences, qualification workflows, CRM hygiene, and reporting to maximize productivity.<\/li>\n
  • Negotiate commercial contracts and partnership agreements, working closely with legal, finance, and strategy teams to drive deal execution.<\/li>\n
  • Establish and share best practices across the global sales organization, contributing to a high-performance sales culture and scalable playbook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Minimum Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • 5 years of experience in sales roles, with at least 3 years of proven success in full-cycle, high-performance B2B sales.<\/li>\n
    • Proven track record of performing in high-velocity B2B sales environments.<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to hunt for new business opportunities.<\/li>\n
    • Relevant global selling experience.<\/li>\n
    • Experience of global selling in EMEA, ANZ or AMER.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in B2B full-cycle sales, deal negotiation, and revenue generation.<\/li>\n
    • Strong familiarity with AI-powered sales engagement tools, CRM workflows, and automation strategies.<\/li>\n
    • Self-starter, detail oriented, metrics driven, collaborative, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n
