We are currently looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our expanding team working with brands across a wide variety of FMCG briefs from social media content, video production, strategy and digital assets.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What we want to see is a proven\u00a0track record\u00a0of driving multiple complex projects forward, a positive and proactive nature and the ability to bring in new business, supporting the Seniors onsite. You should have meticulous attention to detail, understand the importance of the profitability of your projects for the agency and be able to\u00a0demonstrate\u00a0yourself as a safe pair of hands on the day-to-day management of clients.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What you will be doing:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Day to day contact for FMCG brands providing excellent client service and supporting the onsite U-Studio team<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Working with the wider account team and collaborating with the studio including our digital designers and Studio manager.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Be accountable for the\u00a0brief, and\u00a0works with the client to ensure the team has obtained the right information\u00a0required\u00a0to begin work on the project.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure you understand how to report and manage operational income for their projects in\u00a0a timely\u00a0and\u00a0accurate\u00a0manner.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Accountable for\u00a0timely\u00a0billing and reporting revenue to the Group Account Director<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Work with the studio to manage timings plans<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Manage and monitor brand reputation across digital platforms, ensuring timely response to customer queries and feedback.<\/li>\n
  • Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) by tracking, analyzing, and responding to user interactions across channels.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and execute ORM strategies to enhance brand perception and proactively address customer concerns across digital touchpoints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What you need to be great in this role:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Relevant 1yr experience working with a digital agency on FMCG brands<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Expertise in ORM \/ Community Management<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Demonstrable account management experience and a proven\u00a0track record\u00a0of managing global clients and campaigns.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The ability to\u00a0effectively and proactively manage account finances and invoicing.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to the design studio output.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst\u00a0maintaining\u00a0a top tier agency service.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies<\/li>\n
