statements and reports (Balance Sheets, P&L statements).<\/strong><strong>Invoicing: Prepare Invoice and deliver to the client on timely manner<\/strong><strong>Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, record payments, and monitor aging reports to ensure timely collections and disbursements.<\/strong><strong>Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank, credit card, and inter-company reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.<\/strong><strong>Journal Entries: Prepare and post routine journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and general ledger maintenance.<\/strong><strong>Audit Support: Organize and provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits.<\/strong><strong>Compliance: Assist in filing tax returns and ensuring adherence to local financial regulations and company policies.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Education: M.com Finance or Accounting<\/p>\n<p>Previous internship experience in a corporate accounting or audit environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High level of attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Integrity and ability to handle confidential financial data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of basic GST Filing<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal departments.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Wave)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work Arrangement: On-site opportunity based out of our Trivandrum office.<\/li>\n<li>Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, user research, or conferences.<\/li>\n<li>On-Call Requirements: Light on-call rotation may be required depending on operational needs.<\/li>\n<li>Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per
