Element HR Consulting<\/strong>\u00a0is hiring on behalf of a client for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the personal financial affairs of senior management and their family office-related activities.<\/div>\n
We are looking for a highly organized professional with strong accounting knowledge, confidentiality, and the ability to independently manage personal financial transactions, records, reporting, and coordination with external parties.<\/div>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h3>\n
<\/div>\n
    \n
  • Manage day-to-day personal financial transactions and bookkeeping for management<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses, payments, bank statements, and reconciliations<\/li>\n
  • Handle personal accounts payable and receivable activities<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, lawyers, and other service providers when required<\/li>\n
  • Prepare monthly financial summaries, expense reports, and cash flow tracking<\/li>\n
  • Monitor bill payments, subscriptions, renewals, and personal asset-related expenses<\/li>\n
  • Assist in budgeting and tracking personal investments and expenditures<\/li>\n
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal information at all times<\/li>\n
  • Organize and maintain financial documentation and filing systems<\/li>\n
  • Support management with ad hoc administrative and financial tasks<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial procedures and documentation standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field<\/li>\n
    • Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or personal finance management<\/li>\n
    • Prior experience handling personal accounts, family office operations, or management affairs is preferred<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems<\/li>\n
    • High attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally<\/li>\n
    • Good communication and coordination skills<\/li>\n
