Accounting Executive<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Accounts Reconciliation & Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Reconcile books of accounts between Titan and Chains\/E-commerce platforms and resolve discrepancies.<\/li>\n
  • Accounting and clearing of customer ledger based on payment advice for E-commerce.<\/li>\n
  • Balance confirmation for E-sellers and handling of related queries.<\/li>\n
  • Track actual vs due dates for payments and follow up for overdue amounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Schemes, Provisions & Billing<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Scheme calculation and coordination with regions for CN\/DN issuance.<\/li>\n
    • Upload schemes for trade and retail channels.<\/li>\n
    • Design process notes and SOPs for scheme implementation and compliance.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure monthly provisions are accounted for; track actuals vs provisions for accuracy.<\/li>\n
    • Address billing-related issues and support GRN and TOT checks in billing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Customer Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Customer code creation, blocking\/unblocking based on overdue status.<\/li>\n
      • Monitor and calculate credit limits weekly.<\/li>\n
      • Handle virtual account mapping and ECOM marketing spends vs revenue tracker.<\/li>\n
      • Support balance transfers for other channels and FOC accounting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Controls, Reporting & Audits<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Track and report debtor ageing and initiate follow-ups.<\/li>\n
        • Respond to internal audit queries and participate in e-seller audits.<\/li>\n
        • Review and report TOT monthly, deep dive into discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions.<\/li>\n
        • Prepare and circulate minutes of debtor meetings; support competitor financial tracking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Process Improvement & Automation<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Identify automation opportunities; work with IT to implement workflows.<\/li>\n
          • Prepare and document SOPs for various commercial activities.<\/li>\n
          • Map and monitor expiry dates of contracts and agreements; initiate renewals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Stakeholder Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Liaise with regional commercial, sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams.<\/li>\n
            • Collaborate for ECOM weekly connects and marketing provision closures.<\/li>\n
            • Coordinate commission working and marketing PO issuance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Key Skills & Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                \n
              • Strong understanding of commercial accounting and finance processes.<\/li>\n
              • Hands-on experience in SAP and other ERP systems.<\/li>\n
              • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.<\/li>\n
              • Strong Excel and reporting skills.<\/li>\n
              • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.<\/li>\n
              • Process-oriented with a drive for automation and improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n
