Job Description<\/p>\n
* B.Com \/ BBA or any finance-related degree
\n* Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
\n* Familiarity with Tally \/ Excel
\n* Female candidates preferred
\n* Reception Duties
\n* Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
\n* Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organised, and presentable.
\n* Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries from patients, visitors, and staff.
\n* Schedule appointments and manage the clinic\u2019s calendar.
\n* Guide patients to appropriate healthcare professionals or departments as needed.
\n* Accounting & Financial Tasks
\n* Maintain accurate accounting records and manage daily financial transactions.
\n* Process invoices, payments, and receipts on time.
\n* Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports for management review.
\n* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis when required.
\n* Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and insurance companies for billing and payments.
\n* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
\n* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
