Position Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Accounts Executive to lead our financial operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end accounts and finance functions, ensure statutory compliance, and contribute to business growth. Candidate should have prior experience in the Accounts and Finance division and require the following:<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Accounts & Finance Management:<\/strong> Oversee day-to-day operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), reconciliations, and bookkeeping.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Finalization of Accounts:<\/strong> Ensure accurate closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts, preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and Cash Flow statements.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Budgeting & Forecasting:<\/strong> Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Conduct variance analysis and provide cost-control strategies.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 MIS & Financial Reporting:<\/strong> Generate monthly\/quarterly MIS reports with insights on revenue, expenses, and profitability for management decision-making.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Leadership & Team Management:<\/strong> Lead and mentor the Accounts team, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely deliverables.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Industry Knowledge:<\/strong> Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing accounting challenges preferred.<\/p>\n
