Why This Role Matters<\/strong><\/p>\n

Azira is looking for an experienced Director of Finance to lead the Finance & Accounting (F&A) function for our India Global Capability Center (GCC). This pivotal role will oversee global consolidation, financial reporting, and intercompany accounting, while ensuring consistent financial policies across all entities. The Director will also play a key role in leading, mentoring, and developing the India-based finance team.<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong>
\nFinancial Reporting & Consolidation<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lead the monthly global consolidation and financial reporting process.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Own global balance sheet reconciliations and prepare the monthly financial reporting pack.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support multi-entity and cross-border accounting requirements.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistent accounting policies and practices.<\/p>\n

Audit & Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lead regional audits and support global audit requirements.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee intercompany accounting and reconciliations.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Manage finance operations for the India entity.<\/p>\n

Systems & Process Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Serve as the NetSuite Administrator, ensuring smooth system operations and compliance.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Drive process improvements to reduce manual effort and improve overall efficiency.<\/p>\n

Leadership & People Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lead, mentor, and develop the India finance team, including Accounts Executives and Assistant Managers.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Promote a culture of process discipline, accountability, and high-quality output.<\/p>\n

What You Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory, along with 8\u201310 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and accounting roles in India.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of GAAP and IGAAP accounting standards.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Systems Experience: Hands-on experience working with NetSuite is required.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Operational Experience: Proven track record managing month-end close, financial reporting, and audits in a multi-entity environment.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Leadership: Demonstrated people management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to meet tight timelines while maintaining quality.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.<\/p>\n
