Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor \u2013 Accounting Services to lead and manage a team handling accounting operations. The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, people management skills, and the ability to ensure service delivery meets quality and timeline standards.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to the accounting services team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure accounting operations are performed in line with defined standards, policies, and timelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Review expenditure, expense, payment, and outstanding reports for accuracy and proper authorization.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Act as a point of contact and mentor for resolving complex accounting-related issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Monitor project metrics, productivity, and quality parameters.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Track employee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support hiring, training, performance appraisals, and pay review processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage team capacity, work allocation, and daily operational priorities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist managers with departmental initiatives and process improvement discussions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      • \n

        Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        5 to 8 years of overall experience in accounting, finance, or shared services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role, managing at least 3 or more team members.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Relevant experience in accounting services or shared services environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Proven experience managing or supervising a team (minimum 3+ team members).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Strong understanding of accounting processes, systems, and procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Proficiency in MS Office and accounting systems\/tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
