Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are looking for an Analyst \u2013 Global Mobility Payroll & Tax to support our Global Mobility function, which manages over 2,000 international assignments including rotational, short-term, and long-term deployments.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of handling payroll instructions, tax coordination, and data management with accuracy and professionalism.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Support the end-to-end Global Mobility payroll process for all assignment types.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Set up allowance packages in the Equus \/ AssignmentPro platform.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Process retro payments, prorated allowances, and one-time payments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and deliver accurate local payroll instructions before payroll deadlines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Review pre-payroll reports (CWS\/Differences) and validate changes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Conduct post-payroll reconciliation and pay result reviews.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Respond to employee and internal team queries, providing troubleshooting support.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in developing and documenting operational procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Review and update assignee data based on various internal reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support in generating backup for DCAA audit requests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collect compensation data from local entities for upload and validation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinate shadow payroll reporting with external tax vendors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Education & Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Bachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
      OR
      Advanced Degree in a related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience in payroll support; Global Mobility exposure preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Prior experience with Equus \/ AssignmentPro is a strong advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong skills in Excel and data handling.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to understand policies and contribute to continuous process improvements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work across multiple time zones.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
