Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are seeking a Team Member \u2013 Financial Analyst\u00a0to support financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and process improvement functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting processes.<\/p>\n

Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n

0\u20132 years<\/strong> of experience in Financial Analysis, Accounting, or Reporting.<\/p>\n

    Under Graduate<\/strong> (B.Com\/BBA\/BAF or similar)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Postgraduate students or candidates pursuing additional finance-related qualifications will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    Financial Accounting & Reporting<\/strong><\/h5>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards for the Paintcraft business.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end book closures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Prepare monthly MIS reports with meaningful insights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      General Ledger Management<\/strong><\/h5>\n
        \n
      • \n

        Ensure proper accounting of customer advances, invoice raising, and collections received.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Handle GST on customer advances and ensure proper adjustments against invoice bookings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Oversee account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Compliance & Audit<\/strong><\/h5>\n
          \n
        • \n

          Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation, reports, and explanations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Process Improvement<\/strong><\/h5>\n
            \n
          • \n

            Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in accounting and reporting processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Recommend and support implementation of best practices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Stakeholder Management<\/strong><\/h5>\n
              \n
            • \n

              Collaborate effectively with Business Teams, Tax, Treasury, and external auditors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Provide timely and accurate financial information for management decision-making.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Strong analytical and financial reporting skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                Good understanding of accounting principles and GST concepts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                Strong communication and documentation skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
