Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are hiring an Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor payments, maintain accurate financial records, and support day-to-day accounts payable operations. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong eye for detail and a solid understanding of accounting processes.<\/p>\n

Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n

7\u201310 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting functions.<\/p>\n

  • \n

    Graduate (B.Com preferred)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Additional certifications in finance or accounting will be an advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data for maintaining accounts payable records.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Provide clerical and administrative support required for vendor payments and AP operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ensure accuracy of financial documents for payment, audits, and tax purposes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Prevent unintentional overpayments through strict validation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Monitor payments effectively to ensure vendors are paid on time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Support month-end closing activities related to payables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Skills & Competencies<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      • \n

        Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Attention to detail and accuracy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Basic knowledge of GST\/TDS is a plus<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Good communication and documentation skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n
