Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role supports forecasting, planning, reporting, and business partnering activities. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, providing financial insights, highlighting risks and opportunities, and supporting key decision-making processes.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
Forecasting, Planning & Reporting<\/strong><\/h5>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and planning cycles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reporting deliverables for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), MBRs, and leadership updates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Discuss plan and forecast numbers with business leaders and load finalized data into relevant systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Report actuals, compare performance against plans\/forecasts, and provide variance commentary.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Financial Insights & Business Support<\/strong><\/h5>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Identify unforeseen expenses, risks, and opportunities; provide early alerts to leadership.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Recommend cost savings or optimization measures where applicable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Support global business partners with daily financial analysis and ad-hoc requests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Develop new dashboards and analytics using Power BI<\/strong> based on business requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Work directly with stakeholders across various global locations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Maintain strong communication to deliver clear and concise financial insights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Ensure high accuracy and consistency in financial data and reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Build analyses from multiple data sources with a strong focus on reconciliation and validation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Required Education<\/strong><\/h4>\n
            \n
          • \n

            Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            MBA in Finance is preferred but not mandatory.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Required Skills & Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n
              \n
            • \n

              3\u20135 years of experience in Financial Analysis or FP&A.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              High attention to detail with rigorous accuracy standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Experience with Anaplan and\/or Power BI is a plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n
