Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate to support our Commercial Income (C2C) operations. The role involves processing commercial income deals, ensuring compliance with internal policies, managing reconciliations, and supporting reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Process commercial income deals and transactions including invoice processing, credit profiling, collections, and cash applications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure full compliance with Tesco Corporate Revenue Recognition & C2C policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Summarize daily progress and highlight areas requiring corrective action.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform reconciliation of sub-systems with sub-ledger and general ledger; resolve accounting errors before period close.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support the Lead in reporting, including preparation of ad-hoc reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in responding to Internal, Group, and ad-hoc audit data requests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Generate ideas for operational improvements using Continuous Improvement methodologies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Identify automation opportunities to simplify operations, improve First Time Right, and reduce compliance efforts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for technology enhancements within defined timelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Provide support to Lead\/Manager in analyzing and sharing insights to improve working capital.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Build an in-depth understanding of Tesco processes and business priorities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Follow the Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Contribute to creating a happy, collaborative C2C work environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Preferred experience in Accounts Receivable and Customer Account Management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • 1\u20133 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and Customer Account Management (preferred).<\/li>\n
    • \n

      Graduate in Commerce (preferred).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong eye for detail and accuracy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong stakeholder management capabilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
