Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Senior Executive \u2013 Order to Cash (Billing & Billing Support) will be responsible for managing end-to-end billing activities, ensuring accuracy, timely invoicing, reconciliation, and smooth coordination across internal teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on expertise in billing operations, cash application, and project maintenance. Ideal for candidates with 0\u20133 years of experience looking to advance their OTC and billing career in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Create billing drafts for T&M and FP projects for review by billing leads.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare pre-bill invoices as requested by clients.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform monthly reconciliation of actuals vs. pre-bill.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Rectify and adjust billable time within project records.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Create and update project maintenance details.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date resource forecast data for ongoing projects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure adherence to process timelines and SLAs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle cash application, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinate closely with billing leads, account teams, and business managers to complete monthly billing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Contribute to process improvement, simplification, and automation initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index, Charts, etc.) for reporting and analysis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Use ERP tools (Oracle, SAP, etc.) where applicable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Engage with clients professionally in this client-facing role.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      B.Com graduate (mandatory).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      0\u20133 years of experience in Order to Cash, Billing, or Accounts Receivable (Cash Application preferred).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Good communication skills (written and verbal).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      ERP experience (Oracle, SAP) is an added advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong attention to consistency and accuracy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to build and maintain effective internal relationships.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is beneficial but not mandatory.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
