Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate I \u2013 Corporate Services to support end-to-end program operations, campaign activities, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about business operations, marketing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.<\/p>\n

Program & Operations Management<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    Manage all operational aspects of programs end-to-end, including workflow planning, timelines, and documentation with minimal supervision.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle day-to-day tasks independently and maintain accurate records.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure smooth execution of compensation plans and employee incentives as per program policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Marketing & Campaign Execution<\/strong><\/h5>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Develop creative, out-of-the-box ideas to support compelling communication and marketing content.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Define campaign strategies, messaging, timelines, and KPIs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Leverage AI-driven tools, automation platforms, analytics systems, and CRM solutions to enhance marketing outcomes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Data, Analytics & Reporting<\/strong><\/h5>\n

      • \n

        Track, manage, and optimize leads using HubSpot, SharePoint, and CRM tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance insights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Analyze financial data, including profit & loss information, to support business decision-making.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Stakeholder & Customer Management<\/strong><\/h5>\n

          Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Skills & Qualifications<\/p>\n

          Educational Requirement<\/strong><\/h5>\n

            Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Master\u2019s degree is an added advantage (not mandatory).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
