Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Mantle Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant with strong foundational accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in financial operations. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel capabilities, solid analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software. This role requires accuracy, ownership, and the ability to manage end-to-end accounting responsibilities in a dynamic environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Handle day-to-day accounting operations with accuracy and compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform reconciliations including bank, vendor, and account reconciliations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Process invoices, manage accounts payable\/receivable, and support month-end activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Work with cross-functional teams to support audits and financial reviews.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Utilize advanced Excel functions for reporting, analysis, and data management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure timely updates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Master\u2019s degree in Finance (M.Com \/ MBA Finance or equivalent)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • \n

        Strong knowledge of core accounting principles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Proficiency in accounting software (Tally \/ ERP systems \/ relevant tools)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, INDEX, Charts, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under deadlines<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Excellent communication and documentation skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
