Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager \u2013 Independent Contractor to manage end-to-end Accounts Payable functions, coordinate directly with clients, and support high-volume invoice processing. The ideal candidate will bring strong AP expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and support a team in a dynamic work environment. Flexibility to work night shifts is required for this role.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Manage invoice processing, including PO and Non-PO invoices, with accuracy and timeliness.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle vendor master maintenance, vendor reconciliation, and vendor query management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure high-quality reporting and compliance with client expectations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Communicate independently with clients and resolve issues proactively.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle high-volume workloads efficiently while maintaining accuracy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Lead, guide, and support the team assigned, ensuring strong coordination and performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including night shift operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Minimum B.Com \/ M.Com<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Strong accounting and AP process knowledge<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Experience in invoice processing (PO \/ Non-PO)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Team management and leadership capability<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Ability to handle high-volume tasks efficiently<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
