Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive \u2013 Procure to Pay (Supply Chain Management) to support and enhance our SCM operations. This role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on experience with reporting, and a good understanding of supply chain processes. The position involves PO and SKU creation, production support, data accuracy monitoring, and close collaboration with internal teams. Candidates with exposure to retail, product-related domains, or MIS reporting will be highly preferred.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Support production activities with a high level of accuracy and consistency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Create and maintain Purchase Orders (PO) and Stock Keeping Units (SKU).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Generate reports and manage MIS data as required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle internal and external email communication professionally.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure data quality, process compliance, and timely delivery of tasks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, MIS reporting, retail operations, or product-related domains.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Required Skills<\/strong><\/h4>\n

        Strong understanding of Supply Chain functions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Attention to detail and consistency in deliverables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Team-oriented mindset and adaptability to changing environments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Experience or knowledge in any of the following is an added advantage:<\/p>\n
