Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer \u2013 Operations Accounts to support factory-based finance processes and ensure accurate financial transactions in alignment with internal SOPs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in cost control, operational accounting, SAP-based transactions, reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Execute finance transactions aligned with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for factory operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Create SKU master data and maintain cost information in SAP.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Validate invoices against rate master entries and resolve discrepancies in coordination with stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Review production order aging and assist in closing tasks (TECO) based on operational recommendations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Review conversion GRN charges pending MIRO and ensure timely closure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Validate purchase orders before release to ensure accuracy and compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare MIS reports and support the finance team with planning activities and quarterly audit schedules.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Generate reports related to cost analysis including Cost per Kg and RM consumption comparison (Actual vs. Standard).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Required Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n

        • \n

          Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Commerce (B.Com \/ M.Com).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Minimum 2+ years of experience in costing or operations accounting within a factory setup.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Experience in industries such as FMCG, Durables, Auto, Paints, Fertilizer, or similar manufacturing environments preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Strong proficiency in SAP (mandatory).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Ability to interpret and validate costing data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
