Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a PAMA FP&A CoE Global BL INS Analyst, you will support global financial reporting, business partnering, and performance insights within ABB\u2019s interconnected Finance ecosystem. This role plays a key part in enabling strategic decision-making, improving financial transparency, and fostering operational efficiency.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Support the global FP&A function within the Business Line (INS) and assist financial business partnering activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform business performance analysis against plans, forecasts, and prior periods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle month-end closing activities and prepare MIS reports for relevant functions or geographies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Divisions, BLs, hubs, and global finance teams to analyze financial performance drivers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform cost-benefit analysis, monitor inventory, working capital, and overhead absorption variances.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Build and improve reporting dashboards, financial tools, and analytical frameworks to enhance transparency and insights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare ad-hoc reports based on stakeholder requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support financial audits, business reviews, and periodic planning\/forecasting cycles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Validate and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Improve productivity through automation, process optimization, and report standardization across markets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant discipline. (CA\/CMA\/MBA Finance preferred)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      3\u20135 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar finance role.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Hands-on experience with SAP FICO, C-Fin, Business Warehouse, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Master Data systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and countries.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
